According to the Gospels, much of Jesus’ ministry took place around the Sea of Galilee. We visit Capernaum, home to the ancient synagogue and the site traditionally identified as Peter’s house; Tabgha, where the miracle of the loaves and fishes is commemorated; and the Mount of Beatitudes, where, according to Christian tradition, Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount.

Between sites, we make our way down to the lakeshore and explore the lives of fishermen on the Sea of Galilee 2,000 years ago. A short boat ride on the lake can also be added. The tour is suitable for pilgrims and anyone interested in understanding the connection between these places and the stories told in the Gospels.

Visits to additional sites and the celebration of Mass can be arranged.
